When I ordered this the webpage indicated that it would take about two months, but it was a good value so I decided to order it anyway. It actually showed up in about a month. It probably came by ship from overseas and then to a distributor in Southern California. At that point it was sent by FedEx and I could track it. Showed up right to my door in NorCal a few days after getting to SoCal.

It is too bad the user manual is so poorly written/translated. It seems like this little machine has some good features, but you will have figure it out on your own for the most part.

I was worried about the strange adaptor that you screw/clamp onto the bathroom sink, but it only leaks a little bit and it just leaks down into the sink. Not too much water wasted. I am afraid to tighten it too much for fear it will break something.

The worst part by far is that the instructions say it can cause the machine to not work if you have the drain hose higher than 10 cm. 10 cm. is LESS THAN 4 INCHES! If you have a drain on your bathroom floor, great. If you are like 99% of people in America who do not have a drain on your bathroom floor....? I drain it into the toilet. It is lower than the sink, and we clean the toilet and hose before and after use. That is the only option for us. You could also drain into a shower but our shower is in a bathtub so just getting the hose over the side of the bathtub would be higher than the toilet. So, it is not ideal. After we use it, we drain the rest of the water from the hose into a waste basket, but some water stays in the hose. But that is true for a full size washer as well.

It is a bit awkward to move it into place, but it weighs less than 50 lbs. and has indentations on each side that can be used as handles. We ordered a dolly because of back problems.

So, would we order it again? Yes. Still hope someone will rewrite the instructions and post them on Amazon with the product, like lot of products do. I think they would sell more that way. But I guess I will never be able to use it correctly because of the drain hose being higher than 4 inches.

We were good with the laundry rooms at our apartment complex and would sometimes do up to 8 loads at once. But with the pandemic and no way for 6-foot physical distancing, plus not really wanting to use washers after other people now, we are glad to have this. I just hope it lasts because when I was putting on the "rat-proof board" I saw that there is a little belt and I hope that little belt lasts. (No big deal about the "rat-proof board". It is just a plastic grill that you slide into place on the bottle to keep rats and other things about if you use it in a place with such things. We don't hopefully! And we don't plan to use it outside.)

It is very quiet too. And the box only had the brand name on it. It did not say "washer" for those worried about snoopy landlords.
